This is the Hollywood exon annotation database at MIT, a website for querying a relational database of constitutive and alternative human exons, by using biological and descriptive features. The database might be queried for set of annotated exons or an individual gene with primary transcript structure and representative alternative mRNA isoforms

Database query system [ exons ] [ genes] Database query system
Query the database for sets of constitutive or alternative exons, annotated by spliced-alignments with complementary DNA (cDNA) and expressed sequence tag (EST) sequences, by biological and descriptive features: Ensemble ID, gene description/name, exon position and splice type, constitutive or alternative, splice site motif and score, exonic splicing enhancer (ESE) and silencer (ESS) functional nucleic sequences

Query the database for an individual gene of biological interest, and obtain the comprehensive representation of all evaluated splice patterns observed in complementary DNA (cDNA) and expressed sequence tag (EST) sequences, as well as the complementary representation in UCSC genome browser, by both the primary transcript structure and pairs of representative sequences for each alternative mRNA isoform
